TALENT.Network, a networking meeting of all Nordzucker talents, brought talents of eight different countries together. They got to know each other, received inspiring impulses and worked out futures visions together. During the two-day event, the participants dealt with topics relating to the megatrends “New Work, Corporate Health and Diversity”. There were lectures, workshops and time for networking. The participants discussed new ideas, explored alternatives and acted across cultural differences as a team. The results were impressive in terms of creativity, quality and practical use for daily operations at Nordzucker. The feedback from the participants showed how important it is to bring people together and enable them to learn as a team and from each other – this can help move a company forward, it empowers people during difficult times and promotes motivation.
